Raagi Laddu - Finger Millets Laddu Recipe - Raagi Ladoos

Ragi Laadu or Finger Millets Ladoo is a very tasty and a healthy laddu. There are many laddu varieties but ragi laddu is very nutritious. Ragulu in Telugu or Finger Millets in English as we call is a very rich in nutrients millet. When compared to other millets and cereals, Ragi is rich in protiens, it is also a good source of calcium and iron. It helps in weight reduction because of its slow digestion rate.
