Ingredients:
For Spring Roll Sheets:
1. Maida - 1 cup
2. Salt - To taste
3. Water - As needed
For Stuffing:
1. Cabbage - 1 cup
2. Capsicum - 1/2 small
3. Carrot - 1 small
4. Beans - 6 to 8 small
5. Onion -1 Large
5. Tomato - 1 Large
6. Salt - To taste
7. Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsps

Procedure:
1. Cut all the veggies and boil them till soft
2. Heat 2 tsps of oil in a wok and cook boiled veggies along with salt and red chilli powder till the flavours blend in completely
3. In a bowl mix maida, salt and water as needed to a consistency much thinner than dosa batter and make dosas without using oil
4. Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai, place spoonful of prepared stuffing on one dosa, roll it like spring roll and close edges with the dosa batter itself. Stick properly so that the stuffing inside may not ooze out during frying
5. Make all the rolls using dosa batter and prepared stuffing and deep fry in hot oil.It doesn't take much time for frying6. Now lay the fried rolls on kitchen towel so that excess oil gets drained out
7. Cut the spring rolls in 2 inch size each and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Pulihora or Puliyodharai is a traditional dish usually prepared on all vrathams and pujas. There are many varieties of pulihora like Tamarind Pulihora (the one which I am going to show right now), Lemon Pulihora, Mango Pulihora, Vaakkaya Pulihora, Gongura Pulihora, Avacado Pulihora etc. Since it is a tangy flavoured rice dish hence called Pulihora in telugu and this tamarind rice in tamil is called puliyodharai or Puliogare or Pulisadham.

Cook rice and allow it coolHow to Prepare Pulihora paste:
1. Soak tamarind in 1 cup of water for about half an hour and squeeze thick juice from it2. Don't add much water for soaking else the juice will become thin and watery and is not suitable for making pulihora3. Heat a kadai, pour thick tamarind juice in it, wash and put 2 stems of curry leaves, add turmeric powder and oil and cook it till all the water from the tamarind juice evaporates and it becomes like a thick paste
4. We can refrigerate pulihora paste and use when ever needed as it stays good for 1 or 2 weeks
Preparing Tadka:1. Heat oil in a kadai, add all the ingredients in it and fry well
Firstly add pulihora paste to the cooked rice and mix well. Now add Tadka and mix. Pulihora is ready to serve :)

How to make chicken recipes 1. Clean the chicken thoroughly and cut into medium size pieces.2. Marinate chicken by applying salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Ginger Garlic Paste and finely chopped coriander leaves on the pieces of chicken and keep aside
3. Heat oil in a kadai and add whole garam masala4. Saute for few seconds until nice aroma and flavors of whole garam masala comes out5. Add regular onion pieces, slit green chillies, curry leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste and saute6. Also add diced tomatoes, capsicum and saute well. Don't overcook capsicum, it should retain little of its crunchiness7. When veggies are done, add marinated chicken and cook for sometime until chicken is cooked/fried nicely8. Now add water and let the chicken to cook completely9. Meanwhile add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, Dry Coconut Powder and cook the chicken10. When chicken is almost done, add curd, diced small onions and cook for few seconds. Onions added at this stage along with previously added capsicum gives nice crunchy taste
11. Switch off the flame, dishout the chicken do pyaza, add a dollop of butter, spoonful of lemon juice and garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve hot 12. A really delicious chicken gravy curry for chapati or naan or biryani or rice and it tastes awesome.
Tips - Chicken Do Pyaza:

Masala Bread Toast is very easy, quick and a tasty breakfast recipe. Bread lovers really love this.
Ingredients:1. Bread - 4 slices2. Onion - 13. Tomato - 1 4. Turmeric Powder - pinch5. Salt - To taste6. Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp7. Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp8. Oil - 2 tsps
You can add carrot, capsicum 1/2 each, tomato ketchup and some coriander for garnishing if desired.
Procedure:1. Heat oil, add finely chopped onion and tomato pieces and cook till onion pieces turn translucent and tomato pieces get shrinked
2. Don't overcook, crunchy onion pieces give nice taste to the toast3. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder and saute for few seconds
4. Switch off and the stuffing is ready :)5. Now toast the bread slices in a toaster or toast them on a tawa. Using oil for toasting is optional

Pesarapappu Vadalu or Rubbudu Garelu, Also called Whole moong dal vada and It is best south indian andhra snack recipe. It tastes awesome with chicken or mutton gravy and tastes heavenly.
Ingredients:1. Moong Dal(Pesara pappu) - 1 glass / 2 cups / 200 gms2. Green Chillies - 2 Nos3. Onion - 1 big4. Curry Leaves - 2 strands5. Coriander Leaves - fistful6. Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp7. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp8. Garlic Pods - 4 to 5 Nos9. Salt - To taste10. Red Chilli Powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp11. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp12. Ginger - 1/2 inch piece (optional, if adding then reduce red chilli powder to 1 tsp)
Procedure:1. Soak moong dal overnight or atleast for 2 hours2. Remove water after soaking dal for desired time and pat dry the dal
3. Grind some onion pieces, chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and garlic pods coarsely4. Keep 4 tbsps of soaked dal aside and grind remaining dal along with above paste. This unground dal when added to the ground paste after frying gives nice crunchy taste
5. Grind dal coarsely to a thick paste. Don't grind it to too runny paste. Coarsely ground dal gives much taste than finely ground dal6. Transfer to a bowl and add curry leaves, coriander leaves, remainig dal, onion pieces, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well
7. Heat oil in a kadai and make small vadas and drop them in oil8. Fry in medium flame. You can fry 10-12 vadas at a time
9. Fry both sides until golden and crisp or until the inside gets cooked well10. Drain vadas on paper towel and enjoy hot.

Ingredients:1. Brinjals - 500gms2. Onion - 1 big3. Curry Leaves - 10 leaves4. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp5. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp6. Hing - 1/4 tsp7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp8. Salt - To taste9. Red Chilli Powder - 3 tsps10. Coriander Powder - 2 tsps11. Coriander Leaves - 4 tsps12. Cashew nuts - 20 Nos.13. Oil - 3 tbsps
Procedure:1. Chop brinjals vertically.2. Heat oil in a pan, once oil gets heated add mustard and cumin seeds3. After they splutter add finely chopped onion pieces, curry leaves and fry well4. Add hing and turmeric powder and cashewnuts5. Once cashews turn golden brown add chopped brinjals and fry well
6. Do not cover the pan with lid, it forms moisture and brinjals get boiled rather than fried7. Fry brinjals completely upto 10 minutes8. Once brinjals are fried nicely add salt, turmeric and coriander powders and cook for 5 more minutes so that all masala flavours are infused into the brinjals
9. Now switch off and garnish with chopped coriander10. Brinjal Cashew Masala tastes yummy with rotis or sambar rice :).
